1. Acceptance of terms

By using Absently, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Absently provides leave and sickness management tools for small businesses, accessible at app.absently.io. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Billing

Absently is priced at £1 per active user per month, billed at the start of each billing period. Your 30-day free trial requires no payment details. After the trial, continued use requires a valid payment method.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Your data will be retained until the end of your billing period, after which it may be deleted.

6. Limitation of liability

Absently is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding any claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
